The MPWC is currently recruiting for Customer Support Representative
This is an entry level position which reports to the Customer Service Director and is responsible for customer account inquiries, processing of payments, creating and closing work orders, scheduling service calls, assisting with the collections activities and the daily execution of any other departmental and organizational priorities.
