The MPWC accepts cash, checks, money orders, and now credit cards.
When paying by mail, please only send checks or money orders. If you’d like to pay in person at our Westfield Avenue office, you may pay using cash, check, money order or any major credit or debit card. You may also pay your bill online using e-check or any major credit or debit card by following the link on our home page. You may also pay by phone by dialing 1-844-611-4016 OR by calling our main number 1-856-663-0043 and selecting Option 8. When paying with credit & debit cards online, by phone or in person, a fee of 2.95% of your payment amount will apply. When paying by e-check online or by phone, your payment is subject to a convenience fee of $1.95 per transaction.
Make checks and money orders payable to “MPWC” and include your payment stub. Write your account number on your check or money order. For your safety, please fill in your check or money order completely. The MPWC will not accept checks or money orders that are not properly & completely filled in by the customer.
To pay your bill online, select the “Pay Your Bill” button on our home page. You will need your account PIN number, located on your billing statement. If you do not have a copy of your bill handy, you can obtain your PIN number by contacting the Customer Support Center at 856-663-0043. Please have your account number ready when calling for your PIN.
After hours, you may also place payments in our drop box. The mail slot is located on the side of our building near the front entrance. Please be sure that your payment is in a sealed envelope with your statement stub or your property address and account number clearly noted.
Please be advised that if your bill should become delinquent, the MPWC retains the right to discontinue water service to your home. Each time your water is turned off for non-payment, a service fee will be added to your account. Please refer to our Rates & Fees.
