PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission will hold a Public Hearing to accept testimony or public comment on the below proposed increase in Connection Fees and/or General Rates for water and penalties charged by the MPWC. The hearing will commence at 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 12, 2020 immediately prior to the regular monthly business meeting of the Commission. The hearing and meeting will be held via zoom conference and also at the Administrative Headquarters of the MPWC located at 6751 Westfield Avenue, Pennsauken, NJ, 08110. Both the hearing and meeting will be attended by the Commissioners and MPWC staff via video conference. The public is invited to testify or comment in advance in writing, or during the meeting either by zoom video conference or by appearing in person at the Commission meeting room also via zoom conference. Anyone seeking to send comments in writing may do so by addressing those comments to Karl McConnell, General Counsel, at the Commission office or via email to kmcconnell@mpwc.com. Such comments must be received at Commission office prior to 12:00 pm on the hearing date.
