Register an account via our secure online payment site and sign up to have your payments automatically deducted every quarter. AutoPay will send you a reminder email prior to the payment due date which includes the amount to be paid. DO NOT use AutoPay if you are on a payment plan. AutoPay schedules the full open balance on the account to be paid all at once. You may still pay online and even schedule a future payment without utilizing autopay. Please note that if you choose to stop AutoPay at any time, you must log into your account and opt out.
When paying your bill online, be reminded that the MPWC can only verify payments in real time if you pay through our secure payment site. Payments will be posted to your account on the next business day. If you are in danger of service termination, you may make an online payment and then contact our office where a Customer Support Representative can log on and verify that your payment is pending. THE QUICKEST AND SAFEST WAY TO PAY YOUR BILLS IS DIRECTLY WITH THE MPWC EITHER IN PERSON OR VIA OUR SECURED PAYMENT SITE. You can make a payment manually at any time, or you have the option to schedule a payment for a future date or to sign up for AutoPay.
Please note that if you choose to pay through your bank’s online “Bill Pay” option, processing will take some extra time. Your bank will actually cut a paper check and mail it to us via USPS. Be sure to schedule your payment well in advance of your due date to avoid penalties and possible service termination.
