The health and wellness of our customers, vendors and employees is of great importance to us.   We want to share with you that we are being extra vigilant amid peak flu season and the growing concerns around the COVID-19.

While our facility is cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning service, we are taking extra precautions at all of our facilities in an effort to keep our staff and visitors safe and healthy.  We’ve increased cleaning protocols relating to high touch areas such as doorknobs, handrails, keyboards and equipment.

Our staff will be seen wearing gloves both out in the field and while assisting customers in our office.  And while we’re taking all of the precautions we can inside of our facilities and while working in the field amongst the public, we’re asking our customers and guests to do the same.  Regular hand washing is particularly important as we navigate this time.

We also encourage our customers to take advantage of our online and phone payment methods, or use our night drop box, rather than to visit our office to make payments in person.  Although we do enjoy greeting our customers in person at the office, the health and well being of our entire community is our top priority at the moment.

You can pay your bill online using e-check or any major credit or debit card by following the link on our home page www.mpwc.com  To pay your bill online, select the “Pay Your Bill” button on our home page. You will need your account PIN number, located on your billing statement. If you do not have a copy of your bill handy, you can obtain your PIN number by contacting the Customer Support Center at 856-663-0043. Please have your account number ready when calling for your PIN.

You may also pay by phone by dialing 1-844-611-4016 ~or~ by calling our main number 1-856-663-0043 and selecting Option 6.

Feel free to always leave payments in our drop box. The mail slot is located on the side of our building near the front entrance. Please be sure that your payment is in a sealed envelope with your statement stub or your property address and account number clearly noted.
