The Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission is recruiting for the position of Customer Support Representative. This is an entry level position which reports to the Customer Service Director, supported by the department Supervisor, and is responsible for customer account inquiries, processing of payments, creating and closing work orders, scheduling service calls, assisting with the collections activities and supporting other departments with the daily execution of departmental and organizational priorities.
