To comply with Federal and State Emergency Orders, the Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission is closed to the public and operating with only emergency personnel and certain others accessing remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic.
This change will affect the response time of the OPRA Custodian and how quickly documents can be ascertained to exist from various departments and certain personnel and as well the time it takes for documents to be retrieved. Pursuant to P.O. 2020 C.10, effective March 20, 20120, deadlines for replies have been suspended. The OPRA Custodian is required to be offsite now.
