Please Take Notice that the Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission (MPWC) will be requesting proposals from experienced, qualified and financially stable entities in order to enter into a long term (10 year) Water Main Asset Management Program contract in accordance with the New Jersey Water Supply Public-Private Contracting Act. N.J.S.A. 58:26-19 et seq.
The DEADLINE for Submission of Proposals to the MPWC is Wed., November 27 at 10:30 am prevailing local time at its HQ at 6751 Westfield Ave., Pennsauken 08110. The RFP and desired contract is for a long-term Water Main Asset Management Program to assist with maintenance of the water distribution system in accordance with the WQAA.

A PUBLIC HEARING on the contract negotiated will be on February 13, 2020 AT 4:00 PM in the G. Burton German Meeting Room at 6751 Westfield Ave., Pennsauken 08110. The Hearing Record shall remain open for one week thereafter for submission of any written statements for inclusion in the hearing report, per N.J.S.A. 58:26-24(d).
