Notice is hereby given that on November 24th, 2020 at 7:30pm, a public hearing will be held before the Joint Land Use Board of the Borough of Merchantville upon the application of the Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission ( MPWC)(“ Applicant”) who is seeking a Courtesy Review and any variance necessary for its plans to expand its water treatment facility to expand its existing non-conforming use to continue to ensure safe drinking water into the future for the property located at 13 Woodbine Ave, Merchantville, NJ, also known as Block 27, Lot  17. These proposed additions will be housed in a single story building 80’x80’x30’ which is placed no closer than 40’ feet from any property line. Please note that due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Borough’s public meetings are being held online using Zoom.  All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard during the public hearing by participating via Zoom video and teleconference. A copy of the construction plans and details can be viewed in the Construction Office located in the Annex of the Borough of Merchantville Municipal Building, 1 West Maple Avenue, Merchantville, New Jersey 08109 between the hours of 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday.  Members of the public may participate in the meeting by using the telephone or video access information below.
