This information is for customers in BILLING CYCLE 7 ONLY. If you recently received your 4th quarter billing statement dated 12/30/2022, you will be receiving a REVISED statement in the next couple of days. Due to an error in our system, the 4th quarter charges included the flat rate only and did not include the excess (or usage) charges. The affected customers will be receiving new bills with a message on the outside envelope in RED ink.
