Beginning June 29th the MPWC will be reopening our lobby for in person payments and questions. Lobby hours will be 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM in order to properly sanitize each day. When you visit us in person, face coverings are required and we ask that you please maintain social distance by following the markers on the floor.

Some reminders about our current business operations:
If you need to schedule a final reading for settlement, please note that we do not collect readings for settlements every day and you should make your request a minimum of three (3) days in advance. Additionally, we can only collect final readings from radio meters and are not permitting Service Techs to enter properties at this time.
If you need to request VERBAL account information, please call the office during regular business hours. If you need written certification of water account information, please follow the standard search procedures and submit your request in writing along with payment. ALL requests for water account information will no longer be answered in writing via email. Detailed requests for account information are subject to search fees and procedures.
